On a reading of the judgment of the Special Judge dated 27th December, 2017, in our view, it would not be proper to suspend the sentence and grant bail to the applicant.
Since the applicant is in jail for nearly three years, we direct that the paper-book should be expeditiously prepared and the Appeal may be heard peremptorily. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
