The learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that after filing of the Writ Petition, respondent No.4 - University has on 28/5/2021 issued No Objection Certification for closure of the Institution. The petitioner accordingly on 10/6/2021 has issued a communication to respondent No.2 - Director of Technical Education to recommend the proposal for grant of No Objection Certificate to the State Government. The said documents are taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid, since the matter now lies with the Director of Technical Education, it shall consider the petitioner's application dated 10/6/2021 for grant of recommendation to issue No Objection Certificate to enable closure of the Institution. The decision on the same be taken expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from receipt of copy of this order. The decision be informed to the petitioner.
