and Registrar's Orders.
CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.
MARCH 09, 2016.
Heard Shri Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Rane, learned AGP for the respondents. After surplus teachers are sent to the petitioners, it is open for the petitioners to verify their documents and ascertain qualifications.
Here, the effort is to demonstrate that the Teachers forwarded as surplus teachers do not possess necessary qualifications. However, the qualifications possessed by such surplus teachers are not disclosed by the petitioners. First such Teacher was sent on 24.11.2014. In this situation, as it is obligatory upon the petitioners to absorb the surplus teachers, we find the material on record insufficient to reach any definite conclusion.
Therefore, keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the petitioners to renew their grievance, if occasion therefor arises, we dispose of the present petition. No order as to costs.
