This is an application for grant of early hearing of the first appeal.

The application is having affirmation from son of the applicant/appellant. In paragraph No.2 of the application it is stated that the applicant/appellant is aged about 77 years and he is suffering from paralysis. 4.

Looking to fact that the applicant/appellant is senior citizen, learned counsel for respondent No.3 as well as learned AGP for the State of Maharashtra, state that they have no objection for grant of early hearing of the first appeal.

In this view of the matter, the civil application is allowed.
