DATED : 17-02-2020 While granting bail, this Court directed the applicant not to enter the territorial limits of village Mohala till the culmination of the trial.

Relaxation of the said condition for the period 19-2-2020 till 26-2-2020 is sought on the ground that the sister of the applicant is to get married on 23-2-2020 at village Mohala and there are certain pre-wedding and post-wedding ceremonies and/or responsibilities as the brother.

In view of the reasons stated, this application is allowed and condition (iii) imposed in order dated 03-10-2019 is relaxed for the period 19-2-2020 till 26-2-2020.
