Learned counsel for applicant fairly states that the challenged is to the interim order passed under the provisions of Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and the main proceedings are still pending.

She, therefore, states that she be permitted to withdraw the instant application with a request to direct trial Court to decide the matter within a period of nine months. Considering the fact that the applicant is 64 years old. A request can be made to the trial Court to decide it expeditiously.
