Mr.Dhawas, learned Advocate for petitioner contended that the order dated 22.11.2019 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-9, Nagpur has been challenged in this Petition. However he contends that it would be suffice if this Court directs that the trial before the learned JMFC is expedited. He further submits that under the Domestic Violence Act, the trial needs to be completed within a period of sixty days. However, in this matter, the trial is pending since 2016. hence I pass the following order:-
