By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the revision application.

The contention is that the applicant visited the counsel with intention to challenge the impugned order. However, documents were insufficient therefore he was asked to bring the documents. Thereafter, due to illness the applicant could not approach the counsel within time and therefore delay of 10 days is caused.

Though non-applicant was served nobody appears to challenge the contentions made on the affidavit. 5.

Considering the period of delay coupled with the fact that delay is not intentional one, the application is allowed.
