By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent for a grant of appointment to him on the post of Agriculture Assistant in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 in the Project Affected Category. Learned Counsel has invited our attention to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2105/2017 and submitted that in view of the order of this Court, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents within a period of three weeks from passing of the order, however, the said representation has not been decided till this date. During the argument, he further submitted, that the petitioner is willing to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and seeks permission accordingly. In view of the same, the petition is disposed of with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with the law. No costs.
