DATE : 13.06.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to extend the age of superannuation from 60 to 62 years in the case of the petitioner. The petitioner was permitted to work with the respondent - Management during the pendency of the writ petition.

It is stated on behalf of the parties that during the pendency of the writ petition, by the Resolution dated 20.5.2016, the age of superannuation of the petitioner is extended from 60 to 62 years.

It appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of the subsequent development. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
