2) Mr.Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioner has restricted the claim in the petition to the extent of prayer clause (vi) only. He has invited our attention to the representation dated 23/07/2021 addressed to the respondent No.3 - Joint Director of Higher Education. It is claimed that by the said representation the petitioner is seeking nomination of the Government representative by the Joint Director of Higher Education for assessing the case of the petitioner for conferring Career Advancement Scheme, but the Committee is yet not constituted for want of representative of the said Authority. 3) In view of above, we direct the respondent No.3 - Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the representation dated 23/07/2021 expeditiously and in any case within three months from the date of production of this order.

4) As such, the petition stands disposed of.
