The prayer is for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2, for whom the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice, to decide the representation made by the petitioner under Rule 12(3) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981. 2.

Having considered the claim, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to decide the representation made by the petitioner in relation to the seniority of the teaching employees of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in accordance with law and in any case within a period of six months from the date of production of this order.
