This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 205 days caused in filing accompanying First Appeal challenging the impugned award. Notices were issued to other side, but none present. Already in connected appeals delay is condoned.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay caused in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered accordingly. The Civil Applications stands disposed accordingly.

Issue notice, returnable after six weeks.

By way of this application, the appellant seeking stay to the execution and implementation of impugned award.

This Court has earlier granted conditional stay by relying on the statement of appellant that, he would deposited the decreetal amount within stipulated period. Learned Counsel for the appellant made a statement that the entire decreetal amount is already deposited in this Court.

In view of that, stay to the execution of the impugned award would continue till the final disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.
