Date : 31st July, 2019 There is a statutory appeal under Section 79(6) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, and this is the objection raised by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4- Municipal Council. In view of the aforesaid objection, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file such appeal.

Hence, permission is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty, as prayed for.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All questions are left open.
