My attention is invited to contents of paragraph no.4 of the affidavit filed by the respondent. The concerned employee working on the establishment headed by respondent has cleared all the dues recoverable by the petitioner. It is in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Special Recovery Officer. In view of that petitioner
