In view of an alternate remedy available before the SubDivisional Officer(SDO) against the orders passed by the Tahsildar, Kamptee dated 26.11.2021 and 25.04.2022, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and approach the concerned SDO by filing an appeal. 2.

The concerned SDO, upon receiving such appeal, shall decide the same in accordance with law and also take into consideration the complaints made by the petitioners against the Circle Officer to the Tahsildar and record the findings in respect of the complaints also, while deciding the appeal. 3.

If the appeal is filed within two weeks form today, the SDO shall decide the appeal within five months from the date of filing of the appeal.
