HAQ, J.
DATED : 13-04-2016 Heard Shri A.M. Sudame, Advocate for the petitioners.
2.
The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the application filed by the petitioners praying for condonation of delay of six years in filing the revision application.
3.
The contention of the petitioners is that the revision application could not be filed as they were not keeping well and were suffering from various diseases. The reason given by the petitioners cannot be accepted specially in view of the fact that there is no material on record to support the explanation. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has properly dealt with all the aspects.
The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or perversity. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed.
2 wp148.16 The petitioners shall pay the deficit Court fee as pointed out by the office within one week. If the deficit Court fee is not paid, the matter be listed on 02-05-2016. JUDGE pma
