Shri M.V. Samarth, learned counsel, states that extended tenure has also expired and the Chairman against whom "No Confidence Motion" was passed has also completed that extended tenure. After expiry of that tenure presently Administrator is looking after the affairs of APMC, Charmorshi.

Shri S.N. Tapdia, learned counsel, is seeking time to verify the facts.

As the Administrator has already taken .....2/-

wp972.14 over, it is apparent that the challenge in the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by M.V.

Samarth, learned counsel, we dispose of the writ petition accordingly. No costs.
