This application is filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (parents of the deceased) seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant/ Insurance Company. Similar application is rejected by this Court by order dated 21st January, 2015 observing that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, prima-facie cannot be said to be dependent on the income of the deceased.

In view of the order dated 21st January, 2015 this civil application is dismissed.
