This is an application challenging order passed by the Sessions Court dismissing an application for discharge. The incident in the present case occurred in the year 2006 wherein charge-sheet was filed in the year 2010 and the trial has been pending before the Sessions Court since then. It is noted that charge was framed on 11.08.2017 and the impugned order was passed on 18.12.2018. This application was earlier listed on two occasions i.e. on 12.06.2019 and 19.06.2019 when adjournment was sought on behalf of the applicants.

Today when the application is called out for hearing, none has appeared on behalf of the applicants. It appears that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting this application. The approach appears to be to some how delay proceedings before the trial Court. Hence this revision application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
