In this writ petition the petitioner, inter alia seeks to quash and set aside the lookout circular dated 16/12/2022 issued against the petitioner. 4.

Shri N. S. Deshpande, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for the respondents on instructions submits that respondent No.2-Assistant Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Mumbai has already taken a decision to withdraw the look out circular issued against the petitioner. 5.

In view of aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
