The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A. Mirza makes a statement, on instructions, that in Crime No. 324/2018 registered with Police Station Pratap Nagar of Nagpur, the Investigating Officer, after completing his investigation, has filed chargesheet in the Court of the learned jurisdictional Magistrate.

2] Upon this statement, Shri Mahesh Rai, the learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for discharge before the Competent Court.
