Perusal of the order dated 3.2.2021 rendered by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudesai, J.) reveals that the bail bonds stood forfeited in view of the failure of the accused and his counsel to appear. However, this Court issued bailable warrant and the report of the Lakkadganj Police Station, which is accompanied by death certificate, is that the appellant is dead.
