The learned Assistant Government Pleader is seeking time. However, we find that application is pending since 18/2/2014 and its copy was also served on that date on the Office of Government Pleader. The application only appears to have been registered formally in the year 2015. In this situation, we grant the prayer. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Liberty to respondents to file their additional affidavit, if any, within further period of two weeks.
