The applicants/appellants are seeking injunction against the respondents restraining them from creating third party interest in the suit property.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the respondent no.1 has filed a reply stating therein that he will not create any third party interest in the suit property pending appeal. The learned counsel for the applicants is not pressing for the order of injunction against the respondent No.2. So far as the respondent no.3 is concerned, Mr. M.R. Joharapurkar, the learned counsel makes a statement that pending appeal his client will not create any third party interest in the property purchased by him.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order dated 14th June 2022 directing the parties to maintain status quo, if continued, will serve the purpose. 5.
The order dated 14th June 2022 which directs the parties to maintain status quo shall continue against all the parties till further order.

The Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms. SECOND APPEAL No.156/2015.
The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellant no.1 has expired and seeks time to take appropriate steps. Time granted. S.O. after four weeks.
