The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 54/2021 registered with Police Station MIDC, Nagpur for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Vide order dated 24.02.2021 this Court granted interim pre-arrest protection and directed the applicants to attend the concerned police station.

It is fairly stated by the learned APP Mr. Doifode that the applicants have attended the police station and that the fiber stick and the iron pipe are seized. 4.
There are counter reports concerning the same incident and according to the applicants as a fact it is the
aba111.21.+O.odt wife of applicant - Balu More, Smt. Ranjeeta, who was seriously injured in the incident.

The applicants have made out a case for exercise of discretion.
6.
The pre-arrest protection order dated 24.02.2021 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions subject to the only modification that the applicants shall attend the concerned police station, till the filing of the charge-sheet, as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 7.
The applications are disposed of.
