Ms. Jadhav, learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection to transfer the Petition No.A-431/2019 instituted by the non-applicant in the Family Court, Aurangabad to the Family Court at Nagpur, as the applicant is a permanent resident of Kamptee, District Nagpur. In view of what has been held in D. Raja Rajeshwari Vs. R. Satish Kumar 2022(2) SCC 329, Petition No.A-431/ 2019, pending on the file at Family Court, Aurangabad is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur.

The parties through counsel shall appear before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur on 26.9.2022 and place a copy of this order before the learned Court to apprise it of the same.

The non-applicant through counsel shall appear before the Family Court, Aurangabad on 23.9.2022 and shall place a copy of the order before the

The application is accordingly allowed. No costs.
