2 981WP1199.18.odt Writ Petition No.1199/2018 alongwith Writ Petition No.1200/2018 Before us an undertaking is given by the Municipal Council that within a period of one week from today, an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) shall be paid to the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1200 of 2018 and an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) shall be paid to the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1199 of 2018. Undertaking is accepted.
