Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1. Perused the application. Heard both the sides. It appears that the appellant has withdrawn the appeal in Lok Adalat on 22/04/2018. However, no directions are given in the order for withdrawal of amount by the respondent No.1. Considering the facts of the case, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest. Civil Application is allowed.
