Mr Kasat, learned Counsel for appellant-acquiring body makes a statement on instructions that he is holding the cheques to be deposited in this Court pursuant to the award delivered by the reference Court granting enhanced compensation. However, there is some spelling mistake and as such, fresh cheques are required to be drawn, which will be carried out within one week from today. He submits that he has instructions that the cheques in all these matters towards the decretal amount will be deposited within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted in the form of an undertaking. 2.

As Mr Kasat is holding the cheques for the decretal amount in all these matters, there shall be stay to the execution pursuant to the undertaking furnished before this Court.
