Perused the order sheet. The present Appeal is filed by the State challenging the judgment and order dated 23 November 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati in Sessions Trial No.235/2012, whereby the original accused - Respondent sole in the present Appeal, was acquitted. 2.

The Appeal was Admitted by an order dated 06 February 2020. The Division Bench of this Court was directed to take action under Section 390 of the Cr.P.C. against the accused by the very same order. A report of the Police Station Officer, Police Station Nandgaon Khandeshwar, District Amravati is submitted to the Registry of this Court through the learned District Judge - 3 KOLHE

2 / 2 03-Cr.Appeal No.114.2020 and Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati, whereby it is informed that the original accused / Respondent sole expired during the pendency of the present Appeal on 15 May 2020 at Yewati, Tq. Nandgaon Khandeshwar, District - Amravati. The copy of the death certificate issued under the signature of the Competent Authority with an endorsement of the Police Station Officer, Nandgaon Khandeshwar is annexed to the report. The report is taken on record as Annexure - 'X' for identification. 3.
