2.
Presumably back-wages are not awarded since the employee was in service in view of an interim order. 3.
During the pendency of the petition, the State Government has issued an order regularising the employee in service with effect from 23-4-2010. In this view of the matter, the learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. Kalyani Deshpande states that nothing survives in the petition. The statement is accepted.
2 wp2626.14 4.
The learned Counsel for the employee Mr. N.R. Saboo states that the employee is seeking regularisation from an earlier date and Complaint 241/2015 is pending before the Industrial Court. Needless to observe, the order of regularisation shall be accepted by the employee without prejudice to the contentions in the pending complaint.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
