DATE : 28/03/2023 1] The petition challenges the order dated 14.8.2021 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hinganghat, rejecting the request to club RCS No. 20/2019 with Probate Case No. 1/2020.

2] It is apt that an application for clubbing the proceedings has to be made before the learned District Judge under Section 24 of the CPC.

3] The petitioner in person is desirous of undertaking such a course of action, considering which he seeks to withdraw the petition.
