DATED : 22-03-2022 These petitions are directed against the orders dated 22-2-2022 whereby the Hon'ble Minister has stayed the declaration of disqualification made by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati.

Several contentions are urged by the learned Counsel Mr. S.D. Chopde for the petitioners and Mr. A.B. Mirza for the disqualified Sarpanch, in which I need not delve deeper.

It would be more appropriate if the Hon'ble Minister is directed to decide the appeals itself within one month of the appearance of the parties.

The parties shall appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 05-4-2022.

The petitions are disposed of accordingly.
