This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. There is a delay of 335 days.

After going through the reasons stated in the application, more particularly, paragraph 2 of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient and satisfactory cause has been shown by the appellant for condonation of delay.

In that view of the matter, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed and disposed of.
