CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATE : OCTOBER 09, 2015.

By this petition, the petitioner impugns the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur dated 20.2.2015, rejecting the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of interim relief permitting the petitioner to appear at the interview. It is stated on behalf of the respondent that in pursuance of an interim direction issued, by the order dated 23.2.2015 in this writ petition, the respondent no.2 permitted the petitioner to appear at the interview. It is stated that though the petitioner was considered for appointment, the petitioner could not be selected. It is stated that the marks allotted to the petitioner could be reflected from the mark-sheet annexed to the affidavit-in-reply.

In view of the subsequent development, the cause for challenging the interim order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would not survive. The relief, that was sought by the petitioner, stands granted by our interim order, dated 23.2.2015. In the circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of, with no order as to costs.
