The order issuing process dated 06.07.2018 came to be challenged by this petition after seven years. 2.

On perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that the Court has recorded satisfaction on the basis of verification, before issuance of process.

I have perused the verification and find no error committed by the learned trial Court in issuing the process. Furthermore, there is a delay and latches in raising the challenge to the impugned order which has not been explained properly. Accordingly, the application is rejected. JUDGE C.L.Dhakate
