At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Respondent has rightly taken objection that the petition as presented is not maintainable. The petition is presented by one Mohammed Farid Afzal Sarang on behalf of 12 importers but in his own personal capacity. We are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition in the manner it is presented. As and when proper petition is filed, the same will be taken up for consideration.
