DATE : 17 FEBRUARY 2022 The Petitioner has challenged the order rejecting the Nomination Form for the election programme which was declared in the year 2008 for the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC), Nandura. The election for the APMC must have been over and subsequent election as well. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it is disposed of as such.
