This Court had made an order on 3rd February, 2016 granting bail in favour of the applicant, on the same terms and conditions as in the lower Court, after suspending the sentence.

Now, the instant Application discloses that the applicant was not on bail. Hence the following order :

ORDER

The applicant shall be released on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with one surety in like amount.
