Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in that behalf he filed pursis dated 21.9.2021 along with a photocopy of death certificate of the applicant. 3.

The Pursis and the death certificate are on record. The said shows that applicant-Bhagwan Sakharam Shejul passed away on 6.8.2020 during the pendency of the present application.

The criminal application stands abated and disposed of as such.
