The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 05.02.2025, passed by respondent No.1, granting stay to the order of disqualification passed against respondent No.2. The order has been challenged before respondent No.1. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the matter is now kept for arguments on 20.02.2025 and will be deiced by 25.02.2025.

That being so, the purpose of filing petition will be served, if what has been stated by learned A.G.P. is taken on record and accepted. The parties shall cooperate the appellate Court and will not seek adjournment unless there is extraordinary situation, to the satisfaction of the appellate Court. If appeal is not decided by 25.02.2025, petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court afresh. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
