By this application respondent Nos.1 to 6 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount. However, the respondent No.1 - son is sick and he is in dire need of money for his medical treatment. Learned Advocate further requested that verification of respondent No.1 be permitted through video conferencing. However, prayer clause nowhere shows the prayer to that extent.

Applicant/original claimant is permitted to amend the prayer clause forthwith as prayed.
