The statement made in the said communication whereby the Committee has recommended to allow the petitioner to complete his pending/remaining examinations in the University provided the petitioner adheres to his affidavit and keep his conduct properly is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to clarify that the petitioner shall approach the respondent-Authority for permitting him to appear in the examination. 5.
