During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty file afresh after receipt of Chemical Analyzation Report.

He would submit that he has better chances to claim the bail in case of Chemical Analyzation Report favors him.

Having regard to the said fact, without going into the merits, the appeal stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
