2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ respondent No.1 seeking withdrawal of decreetal amount, i.e., Rs.6,53,885/- deposited by the appellant on 11/06/2019.

3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant/ respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
