Heard Shri Mahesh V. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.S. Doifode, learned APP for the respondents, for sometime.

In view of remedies available under Sections 173(8) and 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction as charge sheet is filed after completing investigation against the alleged accused.

Hence, with said liberty and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
