CORAM

V.M. DESHPANDE, J.
DATE :
07th September, 2015.
Heard Mr. N.S. Bhat, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Rajesh Nayak, learned APP for respondent no.1 - State of Maharashtra.
The applicant is questioning the order dated 22nd December, 2014, passed by Sessions Judge, Yavatmal in Other Misc. Criminal Application No. 29 of 2014, by which the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 408, Criminal Procedure Code, for transferring the case
pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Digras.
The learned Sessions Judge has rightly observed that though it is the case of the applicant that he is being pressurized by the accused persons, at no point of time, he has lodged any complaint with the police authorities.
In that view of the matter, I see no reason to interfere with the order passed by the court below. Hence rejected.
