The petitioner, who is plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No.141 of 2017, seeks expeditious disposal of that suit. We find that the petitioner has not made any request to the Trial Court to expedite consideration of the said suit. It is open for the petitioner to make such request before the Trial Court. If the request for expeditious consideration of the suit is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of.
