For the reasons stated in paragraphs 8 to 11 of the MCAs, transfer applications are allowed. MA No. 130 of 2013 and HMP No. 104 of 2013 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur are transferred to the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gondia.

CP No. 32 of 2015 : This Court is not inclined to take any action regarding alleged nonpayment of maintenance etc. and the questions in that

behalf are kept open and are not disturbed. Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
